Terms and Conditions for Architectural Plans - Luxe Home Plans

Where is your property located?

Most of these homes are built on Lake Keowee and our agreement with the original architect /builder prohibits us from selling these designs in that area.If your lot is in that area, please give us a call (843-214-0078) prior to purchasing the plan and we will put you in touch with the Architect/Builder.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the Luxe Home Plans website (the "Site"), you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You also affirm that any registration information provided to Luxe Home Plans is true, accurate, and complete. Your access to and use of the Site, as well as any content, information, products, and services (collectively referred to as the "Services") available through the Site, are subject to these Terms and Conditions. This is a legal agreement between you and Luxe Home Plans ("Company"). The Company reserves the exclusive right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the Site and Services, or alter the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. All revised terms and conditions will take effect upon posting on the Site, unless applicable law mandates a longer notice period. By continuing to use or access the Site and/or Services after any such modifications, you agree to be legally bound by the updated Terms and Conditions. You may not amend the terms and conditions without Luxe Home Plans' express written consent.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE:

All architectural plans and designs sold by Luxe Home Plans are protected by International Copyright Law. Reproduction, whether in whole or in part, including copying and/or preparing derivative works from these architectural plans, for any reason, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in statutory damages, attorney fees, and loss of profits. Parties including designers, draftsmen, owners, builders, realtors, copy shops, and blue-printers may be held responsible if copyright infringement occurs, whether knowingly or not. Luxe Home Plans retains the right to publish, sell, resell, advertise, or use in any way any design, custom design, drawing, detail, image, calculation, sketch, or other material produced by Luxe Home Plans. This material remains the explicit property of Luxe Home Plans unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Luxe Home Plans and the client.

CUSTOM DESIGNS:

Luxe Home Plans llc does not offer customized plans at this time. With your purchase of a plan you will also receive the CAD files and can have your local architect or designer make the changes you want or need for your municipality.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Luxe Home Plans values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information to deliver our products and improve the shopping experience, as well as to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We maintain and use customer information responsibly and do not sell or rent the information provided to us online to third parties.

COOKIES:

Cookies are small data files that websites often store on your computer's hard drive when you visit their sites. Our website uses cookies to enhance your shopping experience by allowing us to track your order and recognize you upon return visits. Cookies also provide access to your account information. PRICING:

Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy in pricing, but data entry errors may occur, and Luxe Home Plans reserves the right to correct such errors as they are identified. No order and pricing will be finalized until confirmed by Luxe Home Plans.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:

Refunds are not available once architectural plans have been downloaded and recorded in our system. Exchanges are possible before downloading, limited to similarly priced plans. Premium Account Memberships are non-refundable. Advance payments for custom designs are not refundable after the initial sketch has been initiated.

PHOTOGRAPHS, PERSPECTIVES, AND ELEVATION VIEWS:

Photographs, perspectives, and elevation views provided with our architectural plans are intended as general guides to visualize the appearance of the completed homes. Please be aware that these representations may not precisely match the final construction due to changes made during the building process or rendering variations. Additionally, the details shown in pictures, perspectives, and elevations may not be part of the final drawings package and are used for decorative and illustrative purposes.

USE OF PLANS FOR ONE HOUSE ONLY:

The original purchaser of our architectural plans is licensed to construct a single home based on the plans. Building more than one home from the plans without permission constitutes a copyright infringement. Drawings received via email or as printed copies are intended for the construction of a single home. If multiple homes are to be built using the same plans, a set of plans must be purchased for each additional home.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A DRAWING SET:

Each architectural drawing set available through Luxe Home Plans may vary in terms of included drawings. However, we strive to list all available drawings for each plan to inform potential buyers. If you have questions about the contents of a specific drawing set, please contact us for clarification. Keep in mind that minimum requirements for each drawing set may apply, typically including floor plans, cross-sections, elevations, and perspective drawings. Site plans are not included, but can be created for an additional fee upon request.
